Was looking for a next-level bagel experience and this did not disappoint. I reflexively toasted the bagels at first, then realized they were so good that toasting was not needed.

Perfect chew on the outside, and dense but soft on the inside. Lovely.

Plain, everything, and blueberry were all delicious…with cream cheese, salted butter, or just by themselves. Definitely worth planning 2 days ahead and driving to pick them up!
